I'm so excited about your transition to London! I am eager to see pictures and hear stories about the culinary revolution in Britain. And of course hear more about the beer! :)

Is it just me or does Jamie Oliver always looks like a child that just woke up from a magical and wonderful dream?

I'm quite proud of the way that Hugh F-W and Jamie Oliver are trying to raise consciousness about food. Sometimes I get the feeling that the campaigning is mostly about middle class entertainment though.

Did you see the episode of Ministry of Food where a northern school dinner lady was taking orders for chips through the school gates of her local elementary?

Talking about pasties and such is making me hungry – where in Japan am I supposed to get them??
